Section 01

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves to your device when you visit. They let the site remember certain things about your visit — like whether you've accepted the cookie notice — so you don't have to repeat that step every time you return.

Cookies don't run programs or carry viruses. They are used across almost all websites to make the experience more consistent. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and can be turned off.

Section 02

Cookies We Use

Always On

Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the website to function. Without them, features like the cookie consent banner would not work. They cannot be disabled.

  • Cookie consent preference (localStorage)
  • Session continuity and basic security

Duration: Session or up to 12 months

Optional

Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are read most, where visitors come from, and how long they stay. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

  • Google Analytics (page views, traffic sources)
  • Session duration and navigation paths

Duration: Up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)

Optional

Marketing Cookies

Marketing cookies allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads or Bing Ads. They record whether a visitor arrived via an advertisement and whether they subsequently made contact.

  • Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Bing Ads (Microsoft UET pixel)
  • Facebook Ads pixel (conversion events)

Duration: 30–90 days depending on platform

Optional

Preference Cookies

These remember choices you make to improve your experience on the site, such as your region or display preferences.

  • Language and locale settings
  • Display preferences (where applicable)

Duration: Up to 12 months

Section 03
