Block 01 — Benefits

What You Get That Most Administrative Consultants Do Not Offer

Fixed deliverables. Set timelines. Written handovers. A practice that is administratively scoped and clear about what it does not do. Here is why that matters.

Block 02 — Key Advantages

Six Reasons Small Offices Choose Gangadin & Company

Everything Has a Defined End

Each programme has a specific deliverable and a clear finish point. There is no engagement that runs indefinitely because the scope is not pinned down.

Flat CAD Prices, No Surprises

CAD 190, CAD 610, or CAD 880 — stated upfront. No hourly billing that can expand and no hidden fees for standard inclusions.

You Own the System Afterwards

The written handover at the end of every project means the system works independently of us. You are not left needing a consultant to maintain something we built.

On-Site in the Greater Toronto Area

Records audits, pilot runs, and training workshops happen at your office. We are based on The Queensway and available across the GTA.

Privacy Is Built Into the Work

Privacy habits are embedded in the intake training and the records system design — not treated as an afterthought or an optional add-on.

Programmes That Build on Each Other

The three programmes are designed to complement each other. An office can start with templates, progress to digitization, and then address staff intake habits in a logical sequence.

Block 03 — In Depth

Experience Focused on Administrative Process

Our principal consultant has spent over twelve years working directly alongside small professional offices in Ontario on document systems and records management. The team facilitating training programmes brings eight years of procedural training experience for reception and front-desk staff.

That background is specific. It is not drawn from a general management consulting practice — it is built around the exact situations that small offices face when their paperwork habits have outgrown how they started.

  • Twelve years working with Ontario small-business offices
  • Records management and document lifecycle background
  • Procedural training for reception and administrative staff
  • PIPEDA-aware data handling practices

  • Written scope agreed before any work begins
  • Staged check-ins on longer engagements
  • Revision rounds and orientation calls included
  • Written operating note handed over at close

A Process That Is Transparent From Start to Finish

Before any work starts, you have a written outline of what the programme includes. For longer engagements — the five-week digitization project and the eight-week training programme — there are staged check-ins so progress is visible and questions can be raised before the handover stage.

That predictability matters to an owner-operated business that cannot afford to run an open-ended engagement without knowing what is coming next.

Flat Pricing That Reflects the Work, Not the Clock

Hourly billing on administrative consulting creates uncertainty that is difficult to plan around. A programme that takes longer than estimated becomes a budget problem for the client. Our flat CAD prices cover everything in the programme scope without adjustment for time spent.

The document template library is CAD 190. The records digitization and retention setup is CAD 610. The front-desk intake training programme is CAD 880. No additional charges unless you request something outside the stated scope.

  • No hourly billing — flat programme prices
  • All stated inclusions covered at the published price
  • Scope changes discussed and agreed before any extra cost
  • CAD pricing — no currency conversion needed

Block 05 — What Sets Us Apart

Distinctive Features of Our Programmes

The Three Programmes Stack

The document library, the digitization project, and the intake training are sequenced to build on each other. An office that completes all three ends up with consistent paperwork, a structured archive, and staff who know how to handle what comes in. Each can also stand alone.

Three-Month Refresher on Training

The intake training programme includes a follow-up session at the three-month mark. Most training providers deliver the programme and close the file. We return to check how the habits are holding and address anything that has drifted.

Supervisor Dashboard Template

The training programme includes a supervisor dashboard template for tracking response times. It is a practical management tool, not just a training report.

Pilot Before Full Digitization

The records digitization programme runs a pilot on one record series before converting the rest. That means the system is tested and adjusted at small scale before it applies to the full archive.
